Abstract：

    The continuous seed warming and sterilizing machine is sterilizing the seed with continuous warm water to replace the use of chemicals in sterilization. This will largely reduce the use of pesticide and its pollution to the environment, lower producing cost, increase farmers’ profit, and promote healthy and excellent quality seeding. The machine consists of auto soft water maker, bactericidal steam producer, temperature sensor, heating tank, thermostat equipment for water storage tank, temperature controlling system, vibrating auto conveyor, overlapping-chain conveyor, micro-computerized temperature controller of conveyor, warm water sprinkling device and cooling spraying device, etc. The working capacity per hour of the machine is over 300kg.
