Open access statement
The JTAR is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the users. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the authors. The journal is published simultaneously in print and electronic formats and is archived in the TARI Scholars Database (https://scholars.tari.gov.tw/) for permanent preservation and public access. The JTAR distributed under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License CC BY-NC-ND (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/), which allows reusers to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form only, for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
As an open access journal, JTAR will follow the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (https://doaj.org/bestpractice) developed by the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA).
