A Check List of Mecoptera (Insecta) of Taiwan

Abstract:
This paper lists 2 families, 3 genera and 43 species of Taiwanese Mecoptera (Insecta). References, synonyms, collecting localities and Chinese names are also included. Besides, the recorded localities of two species, Neopanorpa formosensis Navás and Panorpa lachlani Navás, may be a mistake in original description, and probably belong to Japan.
