Variety Characteristics

    The plant is suited for mechanized harvesting since it is upright and lodging resistant. The stem is green and has three to six branches, oval-shaped leaves, and yellow flowers. It often takes the characteristics of a two-seed pod, weak beaks, weak constrictions, pink seed coats, high oleic acid content (>75%), and stable oil characteristics that can extend shelf life from three months to as many as six months.
