Variety Characteristics

    The variety is mid-maturing that matures in the early part of May in lowland, central Taiwan. The average weight of symmetrical round fruit is about 120 g. And its slightly fuzzy skin is uniformly dark red. The milky white flesh is firm in texture and non-melting. Its soluble solid content is about 14.6° Brix and acidity about 0.23% with a distinguished flavor. This clingstone variety has an obovate pit.
